These cabins look cozy and nice, however it was an unpleasant stay. The cabin had 1 bedroom and a pullout couch. The pullout couch kept falling down on head area. The other room was cold being since the heater is only in the living room. You do need to bring your own blankets and pillows for any gust who stays on the couch. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t stay here again. I’d rather post up at the motel 6 for the price.

The cabin was in need of some renovating! The air conditioning made a terrible noise, I called my first day of a 5 night stay and it was never repaired. Shower stall had tape to seal it against the wall on the inside of the shower and was peeling off with open crack that water can run behind. Caution for mold! There was no way to cook a meal since the kitchenette only includes a small coffee maker and microwave plus small fridge. Maybe the biggest issue is proximity to the main road. Having never been to Ruidoso the advertisement didn’t reflect the proximity to the road and the noise from constant traffic. There is also construction going on across the road 7 days a week! Probably will opt to go up the road a bit to find peace and quiet.

Small but relatively clean. Comforter and coffee cups were dirty. Coffee machine but no coffee. A/C Worked great, perfect for a short stay. Friendly deer came up to us which made it worth it! $50 cleaning fee is excessive
