This was the first time I encountered a price difference between booking on Ctrip and booking in the store. It was actually cheaper to book directly at the store. So I booked directly at the front desk the next day. Moreover, the room area on Ctrip was not correct. The business room and the ordinary double bed room were exactly the same area, but Ctrip showed that the business room was 10 square meters larger. I asked the front desk why the area was inconsistent, and the front desk said they didn't know, it was Ctrip's own mark.

The air conditioning in the room did not work well when I checked in early in the morning, but a fan was quickly provided. It was still very hot, and the sound of the fan affected my sleep. I personally think that rooms with poor air conditioning on hot days can be completely omitted or reserved for discounted customers who can accept it. The overall experience is average. Tangxia is relatively good.

The room is bright, spacious and clean. The overall experience is OK. The room service is just average. The speed is very slow. Then there is a problem with the shower system in the room. The water temperature is a bit hot and cold.

The female bartender at the front desk is rude and has a very poor service attitude. The cleaning lady had a bad attitude when she knocked on the door. The bath towel was full of holes and was still being used.
