瑞安這邊的一個鎮子上，離104國道不遠，位置還算不錯，樓下一條街都是小吃攤位，街邊也有早點鋪，水果店便利店超市都有。
酒店本身沒有停車場，後身的空地可以停車，免費。
房間還算乾淨整潔，衹提供最基本的用品，有需求可以向前台索要。洗手枱和淋雨的水都比較熱，如果開純涼水水流會特別小。
隔音很差，樓下車水馬龍的聲音在樓上聽得很清楚。隔壁房間人説話也挺清楚。

出差訂的酒店，我選的大床房。住宿還可以。就是房間味道大，衞生間的門也關不上，味道在房間很不舒服。後來我把椅子頂着衞生間的門關着才味道小點，排風不好，希望商家能好修一下，給客人好點的環境。

第二次來衞生就沒有第一次好了，洗手間好多餐飲，可能這個房間是沒有窗户的原因吧，感覺定一下還是要好好的清理一下，有點悶
