沒有電梯入住的時候搬行李差點閃了腰 退房的時候員工幫忙搬下去的 兩個大行李箱兩衹手一起拎下去也是 real 有力氣 房間暖氣壞的 懶得換了用了就得給的熱風機制熱很快 中規中矩吧

房間乾淨整潔，除衞生間外設施有些老舊，沒辦法，100多年的古董。服務很好，因為沒有電梯，服務人員幫忙把行李搬上樓，很感謝。位置好，在鎮中心，方便到達辦事地點。

Refurbishment on going, debris left in sheep street . Electrical extension lead connection at doorway to ensuite. Thin walls, could hear conversations with staff. Poor paint work. Light switch fell off. Poor paint work. Smoke alarm cabling unclipped. No problems with ensuite.

Amazing hotel duty managers Nadine and Zach were very kind and welcoming. This is a historical building with a lot of life. Warm and cozy. Our room was beautiful and clean with fresh bedding every day. Unlimited tea and coffee in your room. House keeping were also very kind and pleasant no matter what you needed they got it for you. Food was also amazing with a good choice. My son was also made to feel so welcome he made friends with Nadine who always made sure he had a nice pot of tea ready for him. We would like to say a huge thank you to Nadine for everything you did for us as a family we really enjoyed your kind friendly hospitality and look forward to staying here again thank you again.

Stayed here at the Rugby Hotel for two nights in mid-September for business. Very polite staff and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment and was of no inconvenience to me. I was fortunate to be a refurbished room and was very happy with it. High quality fixtures and fittings, very comfy bed and shower room was excellent. Slept very well too! Very clean throughout and great selection for breakfast. Will stay again for sure and highly recommend! Thank you!

Not usually one to leave a review but feel that my experience was so poor and am Wondering if the business is aware they have a member of staff working for them with such a poor attitude and someone who clearly doesn't represent them or want to be there. Me and some friends popped in for coffee as we were excited to see the refurb, unfortunately it's only the rooms that have been refurbed so we didn't get chance to see them but the downstairs looked fresh and clean. We were served by a young man, not sure of his name, had a scruffy beard and long hair. Seemed polite enough until my friend came back to the table saying he had been slating the hotel and some of the staff that work there, we found it surprising, and unprofessional of course. We have visited this hotel in previous years as we work close by not regularly but it is somewhere we enjoy visiting for a quiet drink. I just feel a Bit disappointed hopefully he gets the training he desperately needs. Also got our order wrong and the crockery was water stained, something I would think he should be noticing. He didn't look like he wanted to be there, needs putting out of his misery.

Unsure what to expect as the hotel was mid refurbishment and there were several bad reviews. We had two bedrooms which were both well equiped, especially the bathrooms which had exceptional fittings and decoration. There is a really pleasant bar serving a variety of moderately priced drinks, a separate breakfast room where there is a good choice of quality products to suit any taste, and a separate function room which can accommodate around 50 sitting guests. Located in the centre of Rugby it is close to many restaurants, bars, shops and of course the Rubby Museum. No on site parking, but reasonably priced parking is available less than five minutes walk away; vehicle access to the hotel is available before 11 a.m. and after 4 p.m. to allow for baggage to be unloaded/loaded. The evening menu is currently pub style offerings which should be upgraded once the refurbishment work is complete. Very friendly staff and well worth a visit.
