Ripple yun hotel has great value for money. Furnishing feels modern. Front desk has very helpful and friendly customer service ladies. Cleaning crews do a good job keeping hotel clean, neat and tidy, they are friendly too. Hotel has coffee beans machine in the lobby, so can get freshly ground coffee anytime and breakfast has coffee bean machine too. There are books for browsing in the lobby and various flowers in the lobby at different season. Washer and dryer is available too. I stayed in this hotel many times, would stay here whenever I am in this area.

I went back to my hometown to visit relatives and stayed for 4 nights in total. It can be said that the price/performance ratio is very good. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is very delicious. It is super sobering.

The hotel hygiene is very disappointing! During such a severe period of Er Yang, there was an unknown liquid that had been dried on the wall, and there was still hair from the previous guest in the bathroom, which really worried me. What’s even more shocking is that the toothbrush cup doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned at all, let alone disinfected! I felt uneasy about staying in this hotel and felt unbearably itchy all night. Please be sure to improve your hygiene so that it doesn't impact other guests' experience.
