酒店設施嚴重老化，下水很慢很響，房間一箇中央空調，一個壁掛式空調，全部都是壞的，電視機不能用。點了外賣，前台服務態度很差，不讓外賣上樓，也不送！酒店前疫情防控完全沒有！
