Location is closed to the suburbs and you need to call a taxi or drive to anywhere. The room is very clean but service is just so so and sometimes I had to call the front desk a couple times to clean the room. Breakfast is pretty good. Overall its not bad.

房間寬敞舒適，硬件配置合理方便，酒店服務也非常好，主動熱情，有求必應。早餐自助非常豐盛可口，房間裏還有不少講述如皋文化歷史的書籍可讀，停車出行也很方便，值得推薦。

早餐有特色，服務有升級。去小城基本就兩家酒店輪流選，但現在更加喜歡性價比高，有地方特色的開元名都了。尤其是早餐的盤水面，蕎麥餅，居然小食展台還放了香酥片和董塘，就真的很如皋。

第一次來如皋，在平台上反覆比較最終選擇了開元名都大酒店。住了四晚入住體驗非常好！非常滿意！酒店大堂高大上有檔次，服務人員熱情有禮貌，第一印象極好。前台很友好免費給升級到高樓層的豪華大床房。房間很大，寬敞明亮。有雙人沙發，小吧枱。盥洗間超大，有大浴缸，乾濕分離。床品和床具極其舒適，助眠安睡。送歡樂水果和酸奶。早餐很豐富有特色。有不少如皋傳統名吃：油渣/脱脂肉、茶幹、脆餅、非遺董糖、魚湯麪、盤水面、藿香餃、玉米糝粥等。中餐廳的淮揚福包軟兜很好吃，份量足。女服務員很nice, 真誠為客人着想。第一天因為中午吃剩的菜較多，想連着餐具帶到客房晚上再吃，服務員滿足了我們的要求，還封上保鮮膜用推車幫着送到16樓的客房。真的被暖心和感動到了。點大讚並再次感謝！退房時又尊享延時至下午2點的禮遇，真的很温馨。前台的美女們每天笑臉迎送，主動幫按電梯。保潔阿姨工作勤快細緻，有求必應。門口的大叔雨天主動為我們打傘裝行李。5天4晚入住最大的滿意是服務非常好！這是亮點也是特色。細節決定高度！來如皋強烈推薦開元名都大酒店！

酒店坐落位置非常好，被公園，球場，萬達所包圍。透過窗户往外看能看到大片樹木（公園）和湖畔。周圍車流量少，特別安靜。酒店的床特別好，我一沾枕頭就睡著了。給我辦理入住的小王特別認真負責，幫我增加了一份早餐，還告訴周邊好玩的地方，太棒了！酒店的停車場特別大，喜歡自駕喜歡安靜的首選地方。

是陪着89歲的媽媽，來貴酒店享受三天二晚的酒店遊的。提前二天就接到酒店小美女孫季的電話，詢問我們的需求，熱情的幫助我們。當天去到酒店小孫已經根據我們的要求落實好了樓層，為我們升級好了房型，準備好了防滑拖鞋，還配送了迎賓水果，為給我們提供方便她來回16樓跑了幾回實在是感激。 酒店的衞生工作很贊，那些樓層服務員個個熱情負責，我們所在的房間沒有瑕疵，早晨好棒，此行是一次完美的體驗。在此十分--感謝酒店，感謝小孫，感受為我們服務的你們。
