I really don't know how the hotel got its 4.7 rating and the five-point reviews. We booked a business twin room. The floor and bathroom appliances in the room were very old. The heating air conditioner was turned on, which made a lot of noise and stopped working after a few minutes. The wind was not hot when I touched it, so I had to turn it off.
The windows on one side of the corridor were full of laundry, including underwear, hung by regular guests. Walking through the long corridor to the room, the carpet was worn out, and there were flags of all nations flying on one side. It felt like entering a slum. There is no management at all.
The facilities say that parking is free, but the parking spaces at the door are managed in a chaotic manner. The service staff helped me find a spot at the entrance of the mall. We were worried that it was unsafe. We asked repeatedly and they said it was no problem. When we left in the morning, the car was scratched a lot. We asked the clerk to check the video surveillance and said that they had no authority and could not help us deal with it. We were asked to call the police ourselves. Because we were in a hurry, we had to let it go.
The only advantage is that the room is big enough
