Nice rooms, very quiet, and a restaurant you can rely on to give you great food. Nice and quiet spa, and perfect for a few nights on a business trip, great customer attention and I recommend it. Will definitely come again, and hope to have more time for my next visit

I was attending a meeting nearby and was accompanied by my wife so we could spend the weekend in Paris afterwards. She needed somewhere in nice surroundings while I was at the meeting. This was ideal, with a pleasant walk along the banks of the Seine to the meeting and a pleasant walk through the suburb of Rueil to the RER A. This is the sort of hotel we like to stay at rather than the standard ones off the street in the centre of Paris. To the Hotel: our (Superior) room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the air conditioning worked and was quiet enough to leave on all night if needed. The restaurant was very good and we also had so called 'snacks' in the bar as an alternative if we didn't feel like going all out. The 'snacks' were actually pretty substantial. Service was outstanding throughout. When I emailed a couple of times in the days running up to the trip, reception replied within minutes. The only real issue we had was with the motion sensor in the vestibule. This puts the light by the door on as you walk underneath it. A positive benefit if there is just one of you, but it tended to wake the other one of us up if one of us went to the bathroom during the night. I mentioned it to reception and the engineer came out on the Sunday, on his day off, to put in a work-around. I was amazed and it just goes to show that, nine times out of ten, if you simply mention a problem to reception in any hotel, they will try their best to fix it. One final tip. The restaurant and bar both apparently closed after lunch on the Sunday we were there. Reception pointed us to a few nice restaurants about 15 minutes walk away and we were OK. However, it looks like a lot of restaurants in Rueil close after lunch or only serve drinks and snacks on Sunday evening. I'm long retired and it's possible I may never come here again for a meeting. However, this is far and away the best hotel we've ever stayed at when visiting Paris.

I was looking forward to staying here and as we arrived I thought what a lovely place. We were welcomed at the hotel by a charming receptionist and shown to our bedroom. To begin with it appeared ok, but the toilet seat was broken and the toilet would not stop running water,. We did report this but it could not be repaired. The furnishings, apart from the curtains and bed, were very poor quality, tatty and "well used". The coffee machine was a complete failure, all it would do would flood everywhere so we gave up on that. A box of tissues in the bathroom with one tissue in it , A leaky plug in the sink etc., etc. This is a four star hotel and this was more like a two star. Anyway, we decided to have a swim and were so disappointed that we would have to book in advance and it would cost 45 euros each for one hour. WHAT!!!!!!!! 90 euros for the two of us????????? Needless to say we did not do that. The Saturday was very wet and we decided to have a snack in the lounge. Well, another disappointment that was closed and we were told that they open on all the other days but close Saturday lunchtime. This hotel needs a wakeup call!!! You are in Paris, Saturday when there are tourists and you close your bar. The dinner was very nice, the breakfast could have been great if they had remembered to put milk in the coffee machine. After pointing out there was no milk when it arrived we got a coffee. YUK, so strong could not drink it, in fact I decided that they had allowed that to happen so you would not have a coffee for breakfast, This was the same for the two days that we were there. It could be a five star hotel but they have to improve on the basic needs of their customers, or are they not bothered???

Nearly one of the WORST EXPERIENCES I ever had. Rooms and building are fairly ok but AVERAGE and not that well maintained for its price. Shockingly the toilet was on a separate room that the shower which is inconvenient and rooms are too warm, their climate system is not good and their room staff is RUDE. Shockingly they block a large amount of money from your credit card as a deposit (not for possible room damages but for future spends you make on their facilities), which I found it to be unfair since they seem to think it is ok to block so much of people's money in advance for a consumption you have not done yet. And that I obviously didn't do. I know France is famous for its fine cuisine, but coming to this place and a few others in Paris I must say they know how to do their Marketing cause reality is disappointing. I never tasted more disgusting food than in the restaurant of this hotel, which was preparing lunches for our events. I truly believe they should fire their "chef" (to name it somehow). In a closed menu for more than 30+ people, just offered one main, one second and one dessert option. With no asking, they didn't know some of us were vegetarian (I myself eat fish but no meat). In the XXI century you would think that most of countries are already aware of this and would offer at least 2 options in a closed menu for a large group of people, but not only in this case they didn't but also didn't even have a fish option or any other available food in the kitchen (or so they said) and charged an extra 10€ for an additional dish that consisted on 2 boiled CARROTS on a CARROT purée. So carrot + carrot + a bunch of dry oregano. The main course was melon with black pepper, balsamic vinegar, serrano ham and a whole bunch of arugula, which I didn't eat either. I don't know why in the Earth would they RUIN a simple dish of melon and serrano ham like that. The last day they had 3 menu options for our event lunch: meat, vegetarian (which they didn't know to differentiate from vegan cause they offered it to a vegan person and it contained eggs and dairy) and fish. I had the fish one. They literally served it COLD, it was COLD FISH directly taken in that moment from the fridge, with uncooked (hard) potatoes and not cooked at all mushrooms... Again, one of the most disgusting meals I had not only in France but anywhere in the world. And I've traveled so much for work and leisure. Seriously, take your money to anywhere else. This place is not worth it. Bad food, bad service, bad company policy and not so great facilities for the price.
