Highly recommended. Free parking in the underground garage. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very delicious. The taste is great value for the price. The service attitude is also very good. The yards and gardens in front and behind the hotel are as beautiful. I will stay here again next time I come to Paris.

I couldn’t have asked for anything better than our experience at the Renaissance Hippodrome Hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff. Surprisingly our room was ready at 12pm so we were able to get in right away. As a titanium member there was a lovely hand written note thanking me for my loyalty a small bottle of champagne, and a snack waiting in our room for us. The room was lovely and overlooked the pool and in the far distance you could see the Eiffel Tower. The bed was comfortable. A huge shout out to Omy for helping us plan our Sienne River Cruise. Omy is wonderful. Make sure you stop by and see her if you need help planning your evening. Les Hamptons Grill is attached to the hotel and was fabulous! Wait staff was very nice! Buffet breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Thanks for making our first night in Paris one that we will always remember! Now onto the Renaissance Nobel. I can only hope that our stay there will mirror this one.

i had a mixed experience that left me quite disappointed. While the hotel boasts some lovely amenities, the service I received was subpar, particularly from the reception staff. Upon arrival, I noticed that the receptionists were more friendly and welcoming towards clients who booked through a staycation website. As a Bonvoy member, I felt discriminated against and less valued. This was especially evident when I requested to change my room, even offering to pay extra, and was bluntly refused. The hotel was clearly not fully booked, so this response felt unjustified and dismissive. My experience at the spa was equally frustrating. I was not provided with a bathrobe and was told to go to the reception to get one, only to be informed there that they were out of stock. When I returned to the spa, they refused to give me a bathrobe, stating that they were reserved for certain customers only. This lack of coordination and helpfulness was disappointing The gym, however, was very nice, which is why I'm giving two stars. It was well-equipped and pleasant to use. The living room area was also beautifully decorated, and the staff I encountered there were kind and professional, in stark contrast to those at the reception and breakfast buffet. Speaking of breakfast, my experience there was uncomfortable. Initially, I was greeted by a friendly woman, but when she left, her replacement made me feel very uneasy with his constant scrutiny. This ruined my appetite, and I left the buffet early. Overall, while the rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the gym and living room were pleasant, the lack of basic hospitality and the feeling of discrimination greatly marred my stay. I hope the hotel can address these issues, particularly with their reception and breakfast staff, to improve the experience for future guests.

What a horrible hotel , only thing here that works is Prices and arrogance. Find another place to stay. Horrible service, arrogant staff and no service what so ever. So Manu hotels in Paris there are so much better than this High priced place.

I went on a business trip to Paris and stayed at Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de St. Cloud Hotel. I took my family on my business trip and what made our stay really awesome was the guest relations manager, Omy. She greeted us at the door in a very warm and kind manner when we first arrived. She was so friendly and she also took a lot of effort to help me plan out a great itinerary for my 4 year old daugher and my mom who came with me on the trip. She helped us arranged for personal tour to Louvre musee and Chateau de Versailles. During my family's entire stay at the hotel, she took great pains to make sure they are comfortable and well-occupied and have a chance to see Paris since it was their first time to the city while I went to work comfortably. I really felt assured and relieved that she was helping me take care of them. 5 stars to Omy, she was wonderful!

The service has improved significantly and the rooms have been improved. Unlike hotel in central Paris where service tend to be rather aloof and abrasive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is far from the center of Paris and it is located in a residential neighorhood. It is quiet and peaceful, unlike Paris Zone 1. The hotel is well managed and service is wonderful. The only drawback is the limited restaurant in the hotel and around the neighborhood.

Most pathetic hotel with with most pathetic reception staff, My Father is a platinum elite member and every after requesting for complementary water which is allowed for us we are Marriott platinum elite member these rude pathetic and super useless staff of the hotel are not ready to give, even when we have Junior Suite Shameful for treating tourists like this, Would never recommend foreigners to book this pathetic property.

First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing our establishment for your stay and for your loyalty to Marriott group. As a valuable Platinum Marriott Bonvoy member, we have granted you an early check in at 1pm instead of 3pm. I do understand for dissatisfaction as you arrived around 9am but you may realize that the junior suite was occupied the previous day and the guest did not left the room before noon. We then had to clean it up for you. Regarding the upgrade, you reserved a junior suite for 3 person. We do not have any other suite fitting that much people. Finally, the hotel’s policy is to give 2 complementary bottles of water every day in every room. Just after your arrival, we gave you extra bottles of water and sticks of cream and tea for free. I have booked this hotel for 5 days but my initial experience was very bad and the front desk manager did not supported us. I being the platinum member of Bonyoy Marriot and I did my reservation 1 month before and 2 days back I have requested for the early check-in for which I am entitled but the room was not alloted to me and the upgrade room was also not given to me. I am not satisfied with the front desk staff. The hotel is not located in the city also.I will not recommend others to book this hotel because In the same cost one can better options. In this hotel club lounge is also not there for club elite members. Overall experience is very bad and hopeless.
Response from Property: Dear Arynohri, Thank you for being a loyal member of Marriott. As you may know, as a Platinum member, you have several advantages. However, the early check in is not one of them. We provide to our guests as soon as it is possible the access to their room. We gave you your room as soon as the previous guest as left and we cleaned it up. We check in at 1pm instead of 3pm. There were no upgrade possible as you were already in a suite. The Executive lounge is not mandatory in Renaissance hotels in France. If the property does not have it, we propose either 750 points daily or the breakfast included. This was an unexpected stay. We had a vacation in a beachside resort in Morocco planned, but our son had an in-flight medical emergency so after a night in the hospital we stayed here for 4 nights to let him rest, receive results and enjoy a bit of Paris as we could. We found the team here absolutely lovely, from the front desk, to the breakfast restaurant. They made great recommendations for dinner identified the in-house rental car for a trip to Astérix park ( only 45 euro for the day!) and always had extra water to share and kind words for our family. As Marriott site members we also hit a half bottle of nice champagne one night which was a great treat. All told-- this place was a treat and the family room option allowed us to house 4 people in one room-- rare for Paris area. As to the location, Ariel is a trendy suburb surrounded by by parks horse racing and golf clubs, but also a nice area to walk around with shops restaurants, etc. it was about 30 minutes (25 euro Uber) to central Paris and same to Versailles... all in all hope we return in happier times and THANK YOU...

Stayed late June last year, and again this week. The hotel is in a nice location, offering a quiet environment. Parking is free (and level -2 is an experience in itself). Rooms are ok - could use an update and in room facilities are pretty basic. Spa and gym are ok as well. Hamptons Grill is a nice restaurant - the offering in the summer was a bit more elaborate and also offers a good terrace. Service was to the point. A little odd is you can’t charge to the room as the restaurant is run independent from the hotel. Breakfast service is standard/basic. The outdoor pool is good but not heated. To summarize, the hotel is not on par with other Renaissance hotels I stayed at, but for a stop over or a short stay, it’s a good option.

This hotel was beautiful. Cant say enough about the room comfortable beds friendly staff who went out of their way to make paris a holiday we will never forget. Special thanks to Kloe on reception. I will never forget your kindness. Thank you to Jessica who gave me amazing massage on my last day. Thank you Louise and colleague who looked after us having meal. This hotel deserves a five star rating & more . I would be happy to stay here and go nowhere else's beautiful & relaxing. Not enough words to say how EPIC this hotel is

We spent 1 night in the hotel. The hotel is located in a fine garden, close to the hippodrome Rooms are very comfortable. The staff is professional We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant; food was good.
