The hot spring was closed and the elevator was under maintenance, so we had to go around to Building 3 to use the elevator. Because the weather was cold, we turned on the air conditioner in the room and went to the hot spring area across the street. There were less than twenty people in the hot spring. After changing into swimsuits, we had to walk to the outdoor pool. There was no heating in the corridor, and it took about five minutes to walk. The children and I were shivering with cold. We thought it would be better to have a pool. There were only four outdoor pools, three for mud and one for roses. It was quite speechless. After soaking for five minutes, we chose to go back indoors. We walked back from the corridor shivering because it was even colder after soaking. We finally got indoors. There was only one indoor pool, about one meter in size. The smell of chlorine water was very strong. We couldn't stay there any longer and had to leave. It was even more outrageous after I returned to the room. The air conditioning in the room was not working and was only 18 degrees. I called the front desk and they said it was too cold outside and the air conditioning would have to be turned on for a while. I thought about going out for dinner first, but there was nothing within a half-hour drive around. In the end, I drove to Jugang for dinner, but when I returned to the hotel, the air conditioning had not been turned on yet. The hotel arranged for a maintenance technician to come to our house twice to repair it. It was already 9:30 and I suggested changing rooms as the children were about to go to bed. He replied that the air conditioning was still in good condition, but it was too cold outside so the temperature was slow to rise, so we should wait. After ten o'clock, I called the front desk, and the front desk said that they had communicated with the leader to change the next room. After half past ten, I went to the next room and saw that the craftsman was still repairing it. He said it would take another half an hour. . . All we can do now is wait. I won’t comment on this. I saw the manager at the front desk the next day. He still said it was too cold outside and the air conditioning was not working. I was speechless. I have to complain. When we entered the hotel and there were not many people, my husband asked if the hotel was about to go bankrupt. I said that this was the most expensive hotel in Rudong, so the economy must be bad. The hotel was so large and the owner had invested a lot, so there should be no problem with the management. It seems that this hotel is indeed not doing well. I would also like to remind you that the children's playground in the photos recommended by the hotel does not exist at all and is closed.

The room is clean, the environment is good, the view from the balcony gives you a holiday feeling, the homemade qingtuan in the hotel is really delicious, the taste of wormwood is very authentic and rich, I love it!

The room smelled musty, the room facilities were outdated, the outdoor area of ​​the hotel was full of scaffolding and debris, the hotel was in a state of devastation, there was no place to eat, drink or have fun nearby, it was remote and desolate, the hotel's own hot spring was not open, and several major recreational projects in the hot spring opposite the cooperation were not open, and several hot springs were partially open, and there was no massage therapy, just a large bath. It's not worth going. The service attitude is also very poor. From the security guard at the door to the lobby to the restaurant, there are very few smiling faces. The experience is quite poor.

It's a very quiet place. When you wake up in the morning, you can see many birds flying around on the balcony and making various bird calls. It's really nice. Breakfast tasted good.
