價格貴，檔次低，服務就別提了，當我麪都能給你吵起來，怎麼的，沒指示牌我不得問前台啊，前台沒説清楚還怪我了？真是服了，來南通住的最不爽的地方！真搞不懂一個個好評怎麼打出來的。

回老家看看，好像衹有這一個賓館，聚福樓是當地有名的餐飲企業，包間和客房在一層，在吃飯高峯期導致客房裡全是油煙味，如果可以隔開，保持客房的乾淨清潔那就更好了。希望老家越來越好，多多發展旅遊業，讓更多的人瞭解古鎮，認識這個千年小鎮。

住了幾次，體驗感很差，房間有很重的黴味，關鍵是我拉下的一個水杯，確定就放在案几上了，退房的監控也確定沒有帶走，居然就反饋一句沒有，就不予反饋了，這樣的酒店住着很沒有安全感，差評！！！
