We are tourists from Guangzhou. After driving for four hours to 9:00, we were suddenly surprised. When we first saw this hotel, we felt that it was isolated from the world and we had to walk nearly 20 minutes on a mountain road to reach this place. The scenery here is beautiful, the air is fresh, and there are very few people. When we walked to the lobby of the hotel, the lady at the front desk was also very warm, enthusiastic and beautiful. Then she helped us get a free upgrade. After we entered the room, we found that my God, There is a very large balcony in this room. There is a very large private bath on the balcony, and there are red rose-scented bath salts. We soaked in it. There are mountains outside and here are the bathrooms and hot springs. But the room details said there is a private bathing pool, but in fact there is no. This misled us. We booked a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. We knew that there was no bathing pool until we arrived at the store. This suite is still on the 5th floor and our legs and feet are not good. I couldn't climb that high floor, so I applied to Ctrip for free cancellation of the order and rebooked 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, but the price was much more expensive than the other 2 rooms booked before. I hope that Ctrip will provide more accurate information to guests in the future
