高速堵車臨時決定下來住的，攜程A P P還是酒店應該是臨時加價的，平時不會超過200的房間，加到了459的價，真* *的黑。

隔音極差，樓下大門和樓道講話全部聽得進。馬桶用一次就堵了。淋浴地漏流水很慢，洗個腳，水都能漫上鞋子。早餐衞生堪憂，碗盤上都有積水，甚至還看到沒有洗乾淨的油脂。早上退房時開具發票，説系統打印不了，讓留下郵箱，説是當天會發送到郵箱，直到晚上都沒有收到，打電話過去問，説是交接班沒有收到訊息，報了訊息開具後又説經理下班了，要隔天才能郵箱發送發票，消費開發票是理應之事，都要客人花費這麼多時間和精力去跟進才能拿到。

酒店位於汽車東站對面，交通便利，去了沙洲和熱水，家人都玩得很開心。前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，房間衞生很乾凈，新酒店，但是沒什麼異味。天氣炎熱，房間都是提前把空調開好，非常暖心的服務，酒店還有免費早餐，品種很多，很好吃，還有免費洗衣服務，這麼好的酒店推薦！強力推薦！！！

很中肯地説
收費高：
過年期間400左右（2月15晚10點左右375一間雙床，半小時後450，全線調價，最高的八九百）匹敵長沙cbd異國風情酒店同期價標。
環境一般：
陳設極其簡單，鄉鎮酒店的標準；
衞生差：
地毯比較臟，長期未洗的樣子；入住的第一間，多處發黴；更換房後，床品還好，但半夜被癢醒；凳子臟污，浴室漏水，水池周邊黴點；
服務：
與酒店匹配的服務水平。有在幫忙協調房間。
感受：
不好。排開性價比低不説，這樣的衞生真的很難接受。若不是親戚已先下訂且天已晚孩子已睡，絕不想逗留。
