When I checked out in the morning, I issued an invoice and was told that the system could not print it. I was asked to leave an email address and was told that it would be sent to the email address that day. However, I did not receive it until the evening. I called to ask and was told that the message was not received during the handover shift. I reported the message and issued it. Later, he said that the manager was off work and the invoice would not be sent to the mailbox until the next day. 房間寬敞，不錯。前台服務尚可，但早餐7點半才開始，遲了一點，與酒店説明7點開始不符，我們7點去的，作菜的服務人員態度生硬，對我們的問話也顯得不耐煩。

酒店環境不錯，房間壁畫也很漂亮，就是水温有點燙。早餐米粉味道一般，不過品種挺多，有包子、紅薯、粥、水果、發糕、豆漿、可樂、炒粉。

很中肯地説 收費高： 過年期間400左右（2月15晚10點左右375一間雙床，半小時後450，全線調價，最高的八九百）匹敵長沙cbd異國風情酒店同期價標。 環境一般： 陳設極其簡單，鄉鎮酒店的標準； 衞生差： 地毯比較臟，長期未洗的樣子；入住的第一間，多處發黴；更換房後，床品還好，但半夜被癢醒；凳子臟污，浴室漏水，水池周邊黴點； 服務： 與酒店匹配的服務水平。有在幫忙協調房間。 感受： 不好。排開性價比低不説，這樣的衞生真的很難接受。若不是親戚已先下訂且天已晚孩子已睡，絕不想逗留。
