衞生：還不錯，住的一樓，進去有一股黴味，但是有凈化器，還是能去味
環境：温泉池設施也比較新，坐落在森林裏和國內許多温泉酒店大同小異
服務：很清靜、適合喜歡獨處的朋友
ps：下雨天在温泉池泡，也是不一樣的體驗😀😀

非常差，勸大家不要來，這個酒店完全沒有服務可言，定了高級雙床房，700的房間估計也就10平方，床衹有1.5米寬一張床，房間還有味道，潮濕，房間如圖，温泉很多設施都是壞的不能用，游泳池水都黃了，也不換，還有好幾個池子不能用，早餐吃飯我們加了一個人，付了現金，結果退按金又扣了一次，管理很混亂，，七百多在別的地方完全可以體驗更好，不要浪費在這個地方

有一説一，定的年初一去的竹苑園景豪華雙床房，去到後發現房間不太行，首先是我訂的房全部一樓，進去感覺濕冷濕冷的，進去整個人不舒服，有點黴味，然後房間帶的温泉池有點臟，然後果斷換了別墅雙床房，相對來説還是好一些，有獨立的陽台，室外還帶有一個温泉池，但沒想到住過後，不知道是衞生沒做好，還是床太潮濕了，後背有點過敏了，我還是鋪了一次性四件套，值得誇的是去的室外泡的温泉水很舒服，空氣很好，剛好碰到一個池換新水，還有早餐很不錯，黃油粑粑很好吃

酒店真心不錯，房間還給我們升級了。環境優雅，早上起來還能聽到外面的鳥叫聲！彷彿室外桃源的酒店。温泉離酒店很近，走幾分鐘就到了，泡池很多，不同的泡池不同的功效，非常舒服，泡累了，還有小零食補充，非常周到。

房間很大，很舒服，還有獨立泡池，就是去公共泡池比較遠，去的時候不知道原來有電瓶車接送的
停車場充電樁管理需要加強一下，本來就衹有4個位，還讓油車停了
