房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨，客房服務員很熱情，給我們補了一次性日用品，態度很好。前台送我們到客房，服務熱情，辦理入住很快。
小孩超喜歡，去泡温泉那裡，温泉池子很多，水質乾淨，也很放心，小孩玩很很開心，下次還會來

有圖有視頻！非常差！非常差！凌晨一點到的，專門從深圳開車四百多公里，五六個小時，帶着長者和孩子一起很垃圾的提出來三點：
一，前台沒有指引怎麼到別墅區，就説右轉過去就是了。非常搪塞！竟然還不含温泉票，人沒有幾個，還要額外加錢！
二，還有一點最差的，第二天早晨起來泡温泉，很坑爹的，一個工人在那裡割草，震耳欲聾的割草機，我們讓他休息一下，人家不聽🙉反而更來勁！太沒有服務意識了，一大早晨割草，草都飛濺到温泉水池子裏了！很臟！
三，游泳池旁邊的休息區，配套的一點點水煮花生🥜，結果服務人員爭先恐後的抓着吃！還跟客人搶着吃，也不給客人倒水，也不收拾垃圾，不停的聊天吃花生看手機，真的是太垃圾了！
……諸如此類的服務非常差！看得出來經營老闆很一般，強烈差評！

房間很好，看着像是裝修不久的，房間設施設備都還不錯，服務很周到，這裏的工作人員遇到客人都會打招呼，這個印象非常好！温泉也很可以了，就是忘記拍房間照片了！推薦喲👍👍👍

安排的房間衞生做的很好，夏天又在山邊還以為會有蚊子，用了驅蚊液沒有蚊子。設施也很完善，空調效果很不錯，最重要的是服務態度也很好！

前台安排的房間在二樓，房間很乾凈，衞生做的很到位。設施也很齊全，房間還有貴妃椅，房間還有冰桶。服務也很到位，總體感覺很不錯👍

服務態度很好，讓人很舒服，房間本來是木屋，環境很好，但是帶小朋友要考慮，木屋位置比較獨立，很安靜，但是會有一點蚊子，小孩子要做好防蚊，因為有蚊子，前台免費給我們升了房間，別墅區那邊，還帶有客廳，客廳設施也很不錯，很適合一家人或者朋友一起結伴遊玩，最後説下温泉，很好，泡了很舒服，房間裏面也有，外面也有，還有温泉酒店裡麪的大型温泉，可以滿足各種需要，真的很不錯。下次一定還會再去，贊贊贊，拍照忘記了😅😅😅
