The rice noodles at the breakfast buffet are good. Improvements in hygiene and equipment are needed: 1. Hygiene under the bed needs to be strengthened. 2. Check daily necessities and change them every day: including soap and toiletries. 3. Water seeps from the shower room floor.

It is a relatively large hotel in Rucheng. There is only one security guard at the front desk. He cannot handle check-in. It took 10 minutes to get the room card. There is no electricity when entering the room. When I call the front desk, he does not know how to operate it. He cannot change the room. , I could only call Ctrip customer service, and it took nearly 40 minutes to solve the problem. So far, the hotel has not even called me to apologize. The hotel is in a good location, clean and hygienic, enough for dinner, and good service, but the rooms near the street are a bit noisy and can't sleep in.

The location of the hotel is good, parking is possible, but there are not enough parking spaces, and the parking lot security is not positive towards people. Hotel room supplies are OK, clean and complete. The hotel’s breakfast, boiled rice noodles are delicious.

本次入住的體驗不好，酒店的服務和衞生是最在意的，服務不錯，主要是衞生方面： 1、因為帶1娃怕摔了，所以把雙床合併的時候床下垃圾很臟。 2、洗漱台的香皂沒有封口，香皂裏面是黏糊的，叫換了。 3、沖涼的時候水滲到廁所和洗漱外間，一晚上都沒幹，小孩子進出上廁所把地面水踩着玩，不安全不方便。 4、洗髮水和沐浴乳瓶子是不封口的，可能是持續用的罐子吧，衞生安全不放心。

這家酒店的安靜程度超乎想象，睡眠不好的我居然一夜安眠至天亮！ 前天服務專業、周到；設施齊全；早餐的“米粉”一級棒！口感Q彈、味道十足，真心好吃！

環境舒適，服務熱情，非常滿意
