Étant membre trip la réservation de cet hôtel a été un erreur de situation...
La chaîne Ashley possède 2 hôtel dans la ville ....nous avons voulu échanger de lieu mais visiblement l'hôtel était complet alors que sur le site il affichait des chambres ...
Bref encore délit de faciès....honteux .....

Basic but clean
Ok for a quick stop over .Clean and comfy beds. Very cold in bathroom as no heater and bedroom floor un carpeted so cold under foot
Very basic no hairdryer or bathmat .
Only booked as little choice left in the area. Breakfast croissants and pastries very good

Terrible. The staffing is a complete kiosk. I almost didn’t get into my room if not for the maid. I found a very tired and upset man from France who had been sleeping in his car for 2 days as the staff was not there for Sat & Sun. I would never recommend this place.

Le monsieur de l’accueil a été très gentil et nous a très bien accueilli Par contre il est censé fermer a 19h et a 18h30 il y a déjà plus personne Des jeunes gens sont à côté de l’hôtel sur le parking je ne suis pas sûr que se soit des employé mais franchement sa fait très peur Le micro-onde mis à disposition est très sale Et petit déjeuner très moyen

quel horreur, deja en arrivant personnes odeur de poubelles dans le couloir d'entrè nous avons apres constater que 3 poubelles pleine etait au niveau de l'escalier qui va dans les chambres, la nuit nous suiions la discution de la chambre da cotè , les cloisons sont epaisses comme tu papiers de cigarette tres mal dormi , jai payè en cheque vacances mais la personne ne donnait pas de facture jamais vu ca

Le pire hotel que j’ai fait!
- Chambre meme pas chauffée a mon arrive Tardive ( radiateur electrique a l’arret complet)
- pas de radiateur dans la salle de bain
- grand lit commandé, lit 1 place a la place
- lit dur comme une pierre ( autant dormir parterre)
- pas d’eau chaude dans les douches ( a priori il faut attendre 10 min pour en avoir , tres ecoresponsable). Du coup fait douche froid.
- pas de verre dans la salle de bain, pour ce rincé la bouche apres le brossage des dents c’est pratique.
- petit dej qui ouvre normalement a 7h -＞ a 7h15 elle arrive et personne très désagréable… pas de viennoiseries , fruit …. Juste du liquide! Du coup j’ai ete prendre mon petit dej dans la boulangerie du bourg!!!
Franchement c’est une cata, mériterait meme un remboursement dans son intégralité !!!
La note aurait ete negative si je le pouvait !!!

Bon rapport qualité prix , néanmoins chambre à la déco très froide . Literie correcte . Hôtel calme situé au centre de Ruaudin . Place et église de charme pas très loin. . Petit déjeuné minimaliste mais encore une fois pour le prix ( 8,5€) et le prix de la chambre …..
Par contre pas beaucoup d’eau chaude le soir et douche froide le matin . Signalé à la réception lors du check-out. Un autre client derrière moi à eu le même problème .
