We chose this hotel based on rating left by other travellers who have stayed there. Maybe we were unlucky, or we are too exigent, but we are not agree with the rating. All three rooms, that they have been assigned to us, were not enough clean (or better, they were dirty), as nobody has cleaned them for a long time. There was a lot of dust on the floors, especially under the beds. The structure is not good mantained: for example two hairdryers on three were out of order; the wall of the shower has lost pieces of paint. When the staff cleaned the room, on the last day we stayed there, they didn't empty the trash bin!!! The last, but not the least thing, that we found bad, was the breakfast: there were little choices of foods, for example no marmalades, no warm milk; only the day after we brought ourself nougat cream in the breakfast room, we found it on the buffet. I'm sorry but I can not give a great rate to a such hotel!

Quiet neighbourhood, ideal to rest…. The hotel is located 25 mins walking distance from the old city centre. The bedrooms are not luxury but are well equipped. With mini bar, tv, hairdryer etc the mattress was ok …they include breakfast with the price of the room. They have parking.l and a lovely terrace

I don't know how to rate this establishment. It is on a hill, surrounded by greenery, in a quiet environment. I think it is a good place to rest. The breakfast is correct, in the largest area of the hotel. The attic rooms are really picturesque. At reception they try to help. But they had nothing for dinner and only one beer left at the bar. On the day of arrival, they forgot to give me the room code and I almost had to spend the night on the street. The reception closes at nine. Despite the anecdote, I think it can be a good option to stay in a quiet area, a walk from the city center.

Very average hotel. Reservation of a triple room with a very dirty floor, dirt accumulated under the beds, mold in the shower, half-broken shower and window handles, exposed electrical wire. The extra bed (sofa bed) was totally uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic compared to other 3* hotels in Slovenia. The staff was polite.

This is not a hotel! Check-in is only and exclusively online. There is no reception, there is no staff. We stayed 4 nights and never saw anyone, not even the cleaners. Dusty room, dirty stairs. Insufficient towels and toilet paper. DOES NOT offer breakfast. Parking is NOT free, but costs 10 euros per day. There is no soap. The room is never tidied up. There is no outdoor furniture, there is no terrace. Most likely there has been a change of management in the last year and therefore all the information that can be found online is false because it does not correspond to the current situation. The nearby pub is closed, the area is residential and there is only one bar for breakfast, which is also lacking and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Hotel carino, personale gentile. Colazione soddisfacente. Ma... ci è stata assegnata una camera con travi a 50 cm dal pavimento, da scavalcare tutte le volte per accedere ai letti, molto pericolose e scomode. E non è stato possibile cambiare camera. Una finestra non era oscurabile. Teli doccia mancanti, per averli si deve insistere perché vengono forniti solo i piccoli e i medi. TV non funzionante, dovevano cambiarla ma non lo hanno fatto. Cuscini scomodi. Consiglio, richiedete tassativamente una camera senza travi.

Molto comodo come vicinanza a Lubiana centro , appartamento comodo, spazioso e colazione medio buona. Cucinotto molto piccolo, non ho provato i fornelli ma li puoi usare solo per piccole cotture. Per famiglie ma anche per coppie che amano stare in tranquillità.
