My check in time was at 3:00pm. My check out time was at 11:00am the next day... I checked in the room around 4:15pm. I checked out of the room around 11:45pm that night... I check my credit card and this POS hotel charged me double the cost of my room because I checked out early... Never in my life have I ever heard of a hotel charging twice the cost of the room for early check out... There's nothing on their web page that says anything about charging for early check out. No one at the counter told me I would be charged for early check out. Who treats their customers in this manner?? What's the difference between leaving early or staying till 11:00am the next day... You got all the money you'll ever collect off me Holiday Inn Express... You're no better than scammers... You might be even worse. Don't stay at hotels that don't take care of their customers... Date: 08-19-22 is when I rented the room...
