We were met by the hosts and shown to our room. We were upstairs in the loft conversion. It was spotless and well equipped. Because of the sloping roof, we had to learn not to keep banging our heads! The small kettle had its lead attached [not on a separate plate], which made it very awkward and somewhat dangerous when filling and using! This was advertised as a Superior Room, I'm afraid we don't agree. We paid a fortune to stay there and would have had to pay extra for breakfast, had we chosen to do that.

After having been booked into The Ben Nevis Hotel and promptly checking out 10 minutes later due to the terrible state of the place, I promptly found this little gem of an establishment 10 miles from Fort William. Situated in Roy Bridge with breathtaking surroundings, this b&b was beautiful inside and out. My room was tastefully decorated and bed extremely comfortable. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and breakfast was great. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend the place. They even have glamping pods for hire.

Booked last minute for an overnight stay on a road trip through the North of Scotland. Alin & Ramona are very gracious and welcoming hosts, provided good local recommendations for a bite to eat. Room and bathroom were spotless, bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was excellent and prices very reasonable. Highly recommended, won't hesitate to book again if we're travelling in the area.

Alin and Ramona made 2 weary cyclists feel very much at home with their friendly greetings. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was just perfect for a long day in the saddle. There are also self contained pods on site which look tremendous. A real find.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, both Alin and Ramona were very welcoming and friendly, rooms were clean and beautiful. Breakfast was a good choice to choose from and cooked well. Roy Bridge was the perfect spot to explore the local area.

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and the hosts friendly. The B&B is equipped with everything you expect. Breakfast was good too. The only minus I can mention is that you can hear when anyone is walking down or up the stairs. All the rest was perfect.

Stayed last night excellent rooms very welcoming had a good breakfast very accommodating and would definitely use again very helpful and we had been on the jacobite steam train and were late getting back to bed and breakfast but wasn't a problem rooms very clean

We have just had a 2 night stay at Birchbank B & B and it was fantastic! Alin and Romana were excellent hosts and greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was immaculate with not a spot of dust in sight. The bed was very comfortable also. We had breakfast and it was very substantial and very nice. We would really recommend staying here if you are up in the Highlands and we will certainly be staying again when we are back up here. Big thumbs up!

We would highly recommend this lovely b & b. The hosts Alin and Romoana were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a very quiet location this is the place to stay.
