Hotel is strict with 3 PM checked in. Unfortunately, it was the hottest day and we had the room number one which facing west & boiling hot. Aircon didn’t work in the room, staff had to put 3 fans & a portable AC but didn’t do much. Went out the whole day when back at night our room was still boiling hot measured 28’c. The lady manger was helpful but not much she can do to help cool down the room. The hotel was kind enough to offer 50% off our room rate upon check out.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff. The hotel was just as described and didn’t disappoint. Lovely and quiet room and very comfortable beds. The restaurant is beautiful and very popular with locals so book ahead .

Beatiful hotel , great setting and very nice staff This is an excellent hotel in a beautiful setting. I was alone travelling for work and was welcomed warmly in both the hotel and the restaurant. My double room was small (described as such from the start) but extremely comfortable with a king size bed and very lovely linen and bathroom products. There was a TV and good coffee and tea too. The bathroom was also small but perfect. Lovely shower. The restaurant overlooks a park and I was lucky enough to eat outside in the warm evening. The food was really good and there was a nice choice of drinks. I watched a young deer while I ate! Breakfast was very good too. I would definitely go back. I hope to soon!

A lovely little stay. Fabulous breakfast and the man who served us both mornings was really friendly. A small room (which we could see on the photo when we booked) was spotlessly clean. Loved the interior design of the hotel.

Very enjoyable stay A really good stay. Welcoming, comfortable and well decorated. Lovely bedroom with super bathroom. Really enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Good location on the Common a short walk from town centre. Really enjoyable stay

Wonderful find Such a brilliant find. Staff Very friendly and polite. Comfortable, cozy and full of character. Had a wonderful night stay. Very pretty local hotel close to all amenities in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend and would return again.
