A well located hotel 5 minutes from a DLR station a range of eating places locally although the hotel restaurant turned out to be a good option. helpful staff and a decent size room, but a bigger tv and a more modern shower would have added value to my 3 night stay

The room size is about the same: It is close to the Greenwich Observatory and you can just walk there. If there is no hot water, maybe the boiler is broken, you can also change to a hotel of the same brand

During my 10-day stay, I asked for housekeeping, but only received one.
But overall, the accommodation was clean and the facilities were very good.
The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was beyond expectations.

Got given a free upgrade during my stay. Works on hotel wasn’t much of an issue as we weren’t out during work hours for the WWE show. Egle was fantastic front of house, ensuring we had everything and gave us over the odds! Thank you for a good stay.

I don't normally write reviews for Premier Inn stays because, normally, each Premier Inn hotel is pretty standard in terms of its service and facilities. Unfortunately, our stay at the Premier Inn London Greenwich Hotel wasn't great. The staff were really helpful and kind, and there's nothing I could fault there. Unfortunately, there were a few issues in the room that were frustrating. The water pressure was very poor so that while showering water would just suddenly stop, and the tap would have to be filled with to get to start again. The hairdryer in the room would also stop and start as there was a loose connection. The iron that was in the room was used to prepare a shirt for a business meeting, but it had so much dried and encrusted material on it that it ruined the shirt that was ironed almost immediately before it had to be used. The bed was not the usual quality I'd expect from a Premier Inn, and both my partner and I struggled to get a good night's sleep. On the positives, the room was warm, and the breakfast was of decent quality.

EGLE the hotel member of staff was so helpful. I hadn’t sorted the parking as I thought and she did everything she could to sort it. And our room was ready early, we only stayed one night but the hotel is in a great location and EGLE made sure our day wasn’t ruined by my mistake. So thank you EGLE I hope premier inn read this and let you know xx
