We were somewhat on our way to visit some vineyards, got pleasantly distracted by the pistachio festival in Bronte before we rang the doorbell at Tenuta do Fessina. Yes, we could come in. What followed was an explanation of the vineyard plus a completely free tasting of one white, one rose and one red wine. And the wines were excellent. After buying 4 bottles we left very happy.

Absolutely outstanding. We did the 5 course tasting and wine pairing. Incredible value for what you get. Not only their outstanding wine and exquisitely prepared food, but the estate is stunning!!! Daniele, the estate manage and host is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A total highlight of the Etna area.

We just did the wine tasting but it was exceptional. What makes it exceptional is the staff- Daniel, Selina and Chef Marco!! I was taking notes during the tasting and wrote, "Don't want to leave, this place is awesome!" If you like red wines, I would recommend, the Musmeci 2007 for around 60 Euro. Not available in the US.
