Old, stinky apartment with spiders and ants. Air c.didnt work. We were freezing during the nights. We called three times for help and ask to repair it but they didnt do anything. The food was delicious. Parking is available very near the apartment.

This review relates specifically to the beach bar on Cuvi Beach. I had been eating there a couple of days and rocked up on the morning of day 3 for breakfast. They had no breakfast options at all so we ordered 2 cappuccino’s. It was obvious that the milk was off and brought the young waiter’s attention to it, asking them to be replaced by black coffees. He was dismissive and adamant that there was nothing wrong with them, and demanded we pay for the cappuccino made with gone off milk. No idea if this is company policy or a staff member gone rogue. We never ate there again obviously . They actually did us a favour- the nearby Soul Food beach bar is light years ahead in terms of its offering. Best avoided.

Villa was very clean, nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly, and reception was very helpful. Beach was 5 minutes walk and plenty sun lounge and pools was big with plenty sun lounge. Food was very good and always got plenty choice breakfast and dinner. Definitely recommend. And would cone back again.

We were given a room with a yard that was dirty, unmown, and smelled terribly (animal urine). The room was dirty (spider webs, smell from the air conditioner and toilet, bed bugs, cockroaches). We've been in many places before, but we've never gotten such a dirty room. Such rooms should be banned from letting. Kindness and good food do not outweigh such filth.

This resort took my heart away. From reception staff, cleaning staff, maintenance staff, chefs, serving staff, people working on the beach and pool area staff- there was nothing else except politeness, kindness and smiles! We were traveling with two dogs, they were also met with incredible hospitality! To anyone that wants relaxed and homely feelings vacation in the most incredible Istra region- please visit this resort and enjoy great food, views and kind hears of staff! Biggest cheer to Biljana Tankosic- manager of reception, Dani, Ivna, Dražen Flamaceta and Renato! You made our stay heaven and we are longing to come back!

The rooms are extremely dirty and they obviously weren’t cleaned before we arrived. The bathroom is very small and the toilet is very dirty. Nevertheless the food is good but there aren’t many food options for vegan people. There is rubbish in the sea.
