Decent hotel in a nice area. The hotel is a little dated. We were on a half-board basis. The food was so-so. The gym wasn't great. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. We loved the area and walking around - especially to the Rovinj. For the money, we paid nothing to repeat for us.

I booked a seven night stay at The Eden Hotel, Rovinj. My Spouse and I really liked this hotel. Our room was quiet, spacious and very clean with comfy beds. In fact the whole hotel is very clean with well looked after grounds too. All the staff are friendly, professional and a credit to The Maistra Hotel Group. Whilst here I had a lovely back and shoulder massage whilst my other half had a foot massage. Both treatments were a tonic but on the pricey side. Also went for a dip in the small indoor swimming pool. Towels provided. We opted for half board. Yes, it is canteen style, but the food was an awful lot better than previous hotels we stayed at in Altea and Sorrento. My only criticism was that the desserts were very lacklustre with the same choice every night. However, for €26 each for three courses you can’t complain! I cannot comment on the entertainment as neither of us are bothered with that. However, I would like to suggest the hotel hosts a traditional Croatian evening once a week with traditional Croatian food and music. We would love that and I am sure others would too. A short stroll takes you to the sea with pebbled foreshore and beach cafe. Nearby are nice nature walks in a conservation area. Both parts are shared with sister hotels Lone and Monte Mulini. The walk into Rovinj itself is about half an hour, so this hotel has the best of both worlds. My Spouse in particular really loved Roving and Hotel Eden, so we hope to visit again one day.

This is a lovely hotel situated in gorgeous surroundings, grounds are beautiful and the Hotel is surrounded by greenery. Very clean, hotel rooms are comfortable, beds and bedding high quality. Hotel is a good 25 minute walk into Rovinj, walk is very flat and by the coast which is pleasant. Breakfast has loads to offer and a good quality, we were Half board and had 1 meal in restaurant which had loads of variety, we personally prefer to eat out on holiday. Hotel is on a lovely beach with its own loungers both on the beach and in the gardens, nice pool area too. Excellent gym, indoor pool with jacuzzi and spa treatments (at extra cost which you would expect). Drinks in the hotel are very expensive in comparison to town but suppose you are a captive audience. 1 down side was the lack of air conditioning, temperature at the moment is over 20 degrees, the hotel decided to turn air con off after a few cooler days last last week, this makes it difficult to sleep, we and others I. The hotel have complained but the staff apparently can’t go anything to help, the heat makes it difficult to sleep. Overall a nice experience and would recommend it x

What a wonderful stay we had at this hotel for a 30th birthday celebration. The hotel itself is set amongst pretty greenery right next to the beachfront. The beach section is modern, clean & has ample sun beds for all. There is also a beach club should you wish to pay for this. The pool area is very big, with lots of space for guests (we visited in June) & the area is kept very clean and tidy. The hotel has one main restaurant which is a buffet style - we did not have dinner so cannot comment on this but breakfast was excellent. The hotel is waking distance to Rovinj Harbour where there is many restaurants to chose from, excursions available & plenty of bars. There is also activities you can book via the hotel should you not wish to go to the harbour. We booked a day trip to Venice which I would also recommend. The only reason I would not give this hotel 5 is my parents did have an issue with cockroaches in their room, however the hotel were SO apologetic and offered them a room change immediately once notified. The bugs were found twice and did not affect our stay. My partner & I had no such issues also.
