Villa Vihtori is a well equipped log villa in a quiet location on a large lake. Ground heat keeps the heat steady throughout the year. Villa has underfloor heating throughout the downstairs. The kitchen has a sink and sewer, fridge, micro, TV, foldable bed and wood stove. The water to the summer sauna is obtained with a surface water pipe. Use of the summer sauna must be agreed with the owner.Perunkajärvi is situated in an almost wilderness area, but within reasonable distance from the center of Rovaniemi and the Arctic Circle. Road to Perunkajärvi is good, driving time from/to airport and Arctic Circle is ab. 40 min. Frisbeetrack 10 km.In the area there is possibility for berry picking in the forest (during that season). Lake Perunkajärvi is well suited for fishing. Additional information about local fishing licenses from the owner.
