Amazing
Amazing experince!
This is a true gem hidden in the country side. The rooms are all diffenrent and I stayed in ‘Stanza del fieno’, The Hay Room. Staff was super nice and friendly. Only complaint is that there were very noisy kids and you hear everything (!) in the room.

We celebrated our wedding in August 2023. The venue is fantastic, with several locations that one can freely choose, food is very nice and they readily accomodate special food requirements. They offer rooms that they keep open for the wedding guests, if needed. The staff was very helpful even for unusual requirements: handling the dog during ceremony, borrowing umbrellas (it was a rainy wedding) and helping out with really any need that came up. Additionally, they are very flexible in terms of planning, we changed our mind during the process more than once, and on our wedding day the weather was unstable: they were supporting in changing location within the Oasi even with very short notice. These are just a few of the truly positive experiences, apart of the surroundings: the location is very well maintained with attention to details and of course the nature itself offers a beautiful scenery.

Luogo ideale per rilassarsi, approfittando dei bei dintorni nel Parco Regionale di Montevecchia e della Valle del Curone, che offre numerose mete per passeggiate e belle biciclettate, anche impegnative. Le 12 camere sono molto diverse l'una dall'altra, tutte con arredamento a tema ben studiato e realizzato, in stile volutamente un po' vissuto e non "leccato". Per scelta non sono dotate di televisore, salvo forse l'appartamento grande. Il Wifi funziona bene anche nelle camere più lontane. L'hotel offre anche trattamenti di massoterapia (che non abbiamo sperimentato). Il personale, sotto l'attenta guida del proprietario, Gaetano, è molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti e si prodiga per soddisfarle al meglio. Il ristorante è molto curato, con un menu a base di prodotti a Km Zero fra cui molte verdure e frutta coltivate direttamente. Ottima, abbondante e variata la prima colazione. Molto curato il servizio in sala, grazie a Francesca. Non c'è piscina e SPA, per questo l'hotel è convenzionato con le vicine terme di Montevecchia, che non abbiamo provato. In definitiva, un luogo ideale per rilassarsi, anche con bambini piccoli, a pochi chilometri dalle principali città lombarde.

Ci siamo sposati il 27 Settembre. Il posto è unico. Un’oasi di pace e tranquillità. Siamo stati benissimo e così anche i nostri ospiti. Il personale è stato perfetto. Ottimo il cibo. Ci siamo fermati anche a dormire e non possiamo che parlare bene anche delle stanze. Grazie di cuore, a tutti per aver reso la nostra giornata speciale davvero indimenticabile. Silvia e Emanuele.

Il posto è suggestivo, anche se un po’ finto; il servizio è stato incerto e lento. Antipasti freddi, pane appena passabile, scelta vini limitata a quelli di Montevecchia. La vera nota dolente: la “polenta taragna”, istantanea e senza formaggio né burro, presentata come autentica. Prezzo da ristorante di alta qualità. Non metto in dubbio che altri possano essersi trovati bene, ma per me non è stata un’esperienza da ripetere. Peccato perché le potenzialità ci sono Fortunatamente in zona ci sono altre realtà che sanno unire buona cucina e attenzione al cliente.

Avevo ricevuto un buono regalo per una cena in questo ristorante, ma alla richiesta di poterlo utilizzare poco oltre la scadenza, il personale si è mostrato completamente intransigente e poco disponibile, nonostante l’importo elevato del buono. È stato estremamente deludente: un locale che si presenta come di alto livello si è dimostrato incapace di gestire anche una semplice richiesta di buon senso. Vista questa rigidità, sconsiglio vivamente di regalare esperienze in questo ristorante. Si rischia di trasformare una potenziale occasione piacevole in un ricordo molto negativo, proprio come è capitato a me.

Il luogo merita Il menu abbastanza Il servizio pessimo Hanno portato una bottiglia di olio vuota senza accorgersene Non hanno inserito un antipasto nella comanda Servendo un piatto la salsa liquida ha gocciolato sul tavolo e su piatto e posate di un commensale e non si sono premurati ne di scusarsi ne di pulire. Entrambe le cameriere non sapevano usare la macchina del caffè che siamo dovuti andare a prendere al bancone perché a un certo punto del servizio sono spariti tutti. 45 minuti di attesa per avere il conto. Per questi ci hanno offerto delle composte che però ci siamo accorti dopo erano in scadenza.
