Do not stay here unless you are French speaking. Me and my family confirmed our booking at 5pm Aug 8th with reception who assured us there is 24/7 check in. When we arrived a very arrogant receptionist, a young man with long brown hair said he ”doubted” I had spoke to someone because he ”didn't think I could”. He told us to go somewhere else as we had ”no showed” even though they assured us of 24/7 check in. Thanks to hotel Albert me and my family were put in a dangerous situation with no where else able to accommodate us. Shame on this boy, we are all Canadians and even if we weren't this is NO WAY TO TREAT ANOTHER HUMAN BEING. We may take legal action and/or get the media involved, I don't want this happening to anyone else. The hotel is investigating this matter and I will update the review if/when an apology is issued by management but so far nothing. BE WARNED!!!

The Associate on the front desk (Raphael) was very helpful, friendly and personable. I was greeted with a smile 😀 We arrived late without reservation but my husband was on the phone with Choice Rewards. He helped with our luggage so we could get settled quickly. The room was really clean and the bed and pillows so comfortable. The lady looking after breakfast greeted us
