The owners of The Farmstead are first class. We rented all the rooms on the property for a small business retreat. Rooms were adorable, and all loved them. The Hall was the absolute perfect venue for our team dinner and meeting the next day. The place is remote but only 3 miles from downtown Round Top. The pool and firepits we were unable to use because of the extremely cold temps, but again both make the property special. They made everything easy. I'll be back for sure. Thanks to Blake and Susan for the perfect place to have our stay outside the city.

Everything was perfectly thought out and very clean! We loved the living/kitchenette area, although we actually spent a lot of time outdoors by the fire pit. The bedrooms were also really nice with comfortable beds and cozy, soft bedding. The property is beautiful and peaceful.

This place is adorable. The grounds are lovely with a pool and common living area. You can sit outside by the fire pit and look at the stars. The room was so pretty with beautiful bedding and towels. I am a travel agent and highly recommend staying here.

Have stayed there 4 times now....LOVE this place. Everything about it is Super! Already booked again for Spring show 2025. Location, ambiance, food, accomodations....couldn't be better! Always a great choice. Getting to be so popular, have to book 6 months in advance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Farmstead. I can't say enough about the incredibly comfortable bed and soft towels, but the best part had to be the breakfast provided during the antique show!!! Such a pleasure meeting Blake and Judy to get a little history lesson on the property.

Truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Farmstead. The staff and owners are absolutely incredible and top notch. I booked a room here back in May for a wedding that unfortunately due a family emergency needed to be rescheduled and when I contacted the staff the week of they were understanding, empathetic, and beyond accommodating. My originally booked room was no longer available, but they put us in a different room that was bigger for the same price. Blake was amazing every step of the way. The property is lovely, room had all the accomoadtions you could think of and you could tell they recently updated it. The sheets and towels were 5 star hotel quality and the pool was refreshing on the hot day. Anytime I go back, Farmstead will be where I book to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 10/10 all around!

The cottage was a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. Located between Round Top and Warrenton, very close to Excess. It appears to be brand new. We were a group of 4 ladies. Parking was a little difficult with someone’s uhaul trailer parked between the parking spots. But the check in process was easy, place was comfortable, loved the robes, and we appreciated the stay!

So tasteful and elegant in a real farmhouse setting. The beds and furniture are just right. Best soap and shampoo ever! Perfect pool at the front door. We always look forward to our next visit. Blake is the consummate host. The setting and location could not be better, especially during Market. We stay at The Farmstead every time we go
