Wingate by Wyndham Round Rock Hotel & Conference Center

There are better choices. I travel a lot for work and stay in numerous hotels. I have a lot of equipment and luggage to carry in because I can’t leave it in the vehicle. I always make my reservations online well in advance and I always request a ground floor room and a luggage cart. The clerk, who was very cold and unprofessional, did not honor my room request and the carts are so tiny, I had to make three trips. I work cases in the Austin area frequently but I won’t be back to this hotel.

Fantastic Stay. Outstanding hotel very helpful staff. The hotel was fantastic, rooms were very clean and up-to-date. Continental breakfast was very good and delicious. Price for the hotel was very well worth every dollar. I will definitely be booking at this location in the near future.

The staff was unhelpful when the TV didn’t work and the room smelled like mold and gave me a sore throat/ headache

The parking is terrible and where you can find a spot it is poorly lit with uneven concrete. Our room had a bright exterior light at the window and the curtain could not overcome it. Half of our towels had hair in them and the room had an overwhelming air freshener smell common to lower budget rooms.

Great stay in Round Rock We picked this property because it was an easy off the highway easy back on again location. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, the rooms were great and staff was very friendly. I am still waiting for the hotel to credit the room charges back to my credit card. I used my card to book the room, prepay. When we got to the property to check in, my boss decided he wanted to pay for both rooms, so the front desk clerk took his credit card information for both rooms. I assumed that the charge would then be reversed off of my card, but that has not happened as of today. I'll give it another day before I contact the hotel directly.

Super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and super close to sport complex. I was there for the national lacrosse tournament for my kids but they lost the first game so I had to cut short the trip. They refund my money back for the unused nights too. Plus they have the bar and super friendly bartender. Will definitely be back.
