Das ist der grösste Betrug. Sie kassieren Geld, schicken eine Bestätigung aber das Hotel ist geschlossen und wir standen wie Idioten vor geschlossen Tür und das 2 Tage vor Silvester!!!
Geld musste ich Vorauszahlen und kein Kundendienst 🤮

Staying in a nearby Chalet but arrived late from the airport famished. Only ones in the dining room but they were happy to accommodate us. The menu had plenty of choice, although I did think it was quite expensive, probably partly to do with the strength of the swiss franc at the moment. However had the Escalope de Veau and it was delicious. Came back on our last night for veal again, this time in a creamy mushroom sauce served with Rosti, again delicious and finished off with a Zabaglione which I Don't think I could have had for at least 20 years. The staff were very polite and accommodating. I definitely recommend.

I did not stay at the hotel here, but I had my lunch here today. After my previous bad experience in a Restaurant nearby, I was glad to being welcome at the "Hotel de Commune". The most astonishing thing was, that everything looked and felt like a typical Swiss small town restaurant. A bit old fashioned, yet reminding me of a time gone long ago. Maybe it's its simplicity that makes a place like this so fascinating? Anyway, the service was correct, nice (not overwhelming, but nice) and food was OK, too. I did get my plate very quickly, which is also an asset - especially, when you do not order the daily's special. Quite good in its simple way.

Its a nice restaurant in a typical "chalet", the village is also very rural in the vincinity of the very "exotic" Gstaad ! Professional and friendly service serving good Swiss dishes, fro simple to more sophisticated !

There is honestly not much to complain about this hotel in the center of the village. Front desk is smiling and efficient, the rooms are small and simple but comfortable and perfectly adequate, clean and quiet. Shower is on the small side and breakfast is quite limited but ok. So all pretty good and it would deserve a better rating if it weren't for the price which is significantly exaggerated, even for Switzerland. We're talking about a simple wooden room in a chalet, no luxury, no fancy spa, no 5 stars service... so it's quite difficult to accept a price tag that would get you in a quite fancy hotel about everywhere the world... except in Pays d'en Haut it seems!

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht mit der Option, die Bezahlung im Hotel vor Ort vorzunehmen (Buchung stornierbar bis kurz vor Reiseantritt). Direkt bei der Buchung wurde jedoch eine Abbuchung auf der Kreditkarte getätigt - dabei wurde nicht nur der Betrag gemäss Reisebestätigung, sondern unerklärlicherweise ein noch höherer Betrag abgebucht! Auf Anrufe und E-Mails hat das Hotel nicht reagiert. Daraufhin haben wir die Übernachtung storniert, aber das Hotel wollte den bereits abgebuchten Betrag nicht rückerstatten. Erst nach langem Hin und Her und mithilfe der Buchungsplattform sind wir wieder zu unserem Geld gekommen! Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier eine Buchung zu tätigen...

Cet hôtel restaurant est une très bonne adresse à Rougemont. Prix raisonnable pour cette région très prisée. Très bon accueil. Les chambres sont propres et accueillantes. L'endroit est aussi très calme. L'hôtel est sensible à la cause écologique avec une douche équipée d'un économiseur d'eau. Bon accueil également au restaurant. Très bon service et nourriture. Un endroit idéal pour une halte à Rougemont. A deux pas de la gare ferroviaire du MOB. On peut également se garer facilement sur les places gratuites à l'arrière de l'hôtel.

Bonjour, Encore merci pour votre accueil sympathique et j’ai fait un séjour surprise en raison des conditions météorologiques hivernales, mais ça en valait la peine. Tout était parfait, les vins, la cuisine et le personnel.. Je reviendrai prochainement.
