Small, basic room that was hotter than Hades! The air con didn't work, in fact it heated the room! We did ask reception to sort it but no action was taken so we slept with the window open trying to ignore the noise of cars and trams and waking every few hours because we were too hot. I dread to think what it would be like in summer unless they sort that out. The beds are very narrow too. The shower is up a step with no grab rail which was rather scary and there was one thin towel each. Breakfast was okay. Best bit about the hotel is the location as it is right next to a tram stop and an easy walk into the centre but that didn't compensate for not sleeping properly.

Nice hotel. I was there with Leger Holidays. Staff very nice. Breakfast very nice. Room & Bed comfortable. One Complaint!--- The Shower--It was Lethel!---- No slip mat & no grab bar! --Had to be Very Careful not to slip whilst taking shower.

Pleasant stay and reasonably priced. The rooms are good and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is in walking distance of the town. I Would recommend if you have a night in Rouen.
