I booked this hotel though *********** for a 2 night stay, the hotel for no reason cancelled my booking but did not tell me direct, *********** got in touch to say hotel was not able to welcome us. I e mailed the hotel direct and though the *********** web site still no reply this in my opinion is very poor customer service, I have another Kyraid hotel booked on my trip I will be cancelling this as these hotels and not worth my business avoid at all costs

Shameful to charge for a room like that for a romantic getaway. A chicken coop is bigger than their room. Very noisy. No parking. Very low-end breakfast, all industrial. j’ai lu beaucoup de commentaires « À FUIR » et je confirme ! En arrivant dans la chambre nous avons eu droit à cette chambre de prison ! Ou le ménage n’avait pas été fait ! Cest malheureusement en allant raler et menacer de changer d’hôtels qu’on a eu une nouvelle chambre correcte.
