Walking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.

The minute I entered the room (at midnight after a long day of travel) there was a smell of must and mould. Even sleeping all night with the window open , did not clear the smell. There was mould in the ceiling of the bathroom, the tiles and shower curtain. The ‘coffee’ making facilities consist of paper cups with a sachet of coffee. No milk. There is no fridge or safe. No shower door, only a mouldy curtain. After a day of the window open, there was still a desperate smell so I needed to leave the hotel. This is a 0.1 star hotel. Pity as the location is great and maybe all rooms aren’t as bad.

Emplacement idéal, accueil très sympa, prix correct, chambre confortable, salle de bains propre, literie top avec un très grand lit pour deux... oui le ménage n'est pas top, notamment au niveau du sol, mais bon... moi j'y retournerais dans pb

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la cathédrale et du centre. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Nous le savions avant de venir et cela nous a permis de faire de l'exercice. Comme il faisait chaud, nous sommes descendues emprunter un ventilateur à la réception. On nous a prêté des couverts également. Nous avions demandé une chambre éloignée des entrées, côté arrière et notre demande a été entendue. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit-déjeuners sur place. Si nous revenons à Rouen, c'est dans cet hôtel que nous logerons.

accueil tél du samedi soir très bien - et accueil sur place le dimanche du même monsieur toujours très gentil et professionnel - la chambre de taille correcte - propre et agréable - et vue sur les tours de la cathédrale - bonne literie - un plus : une bouilloire avec café / thé et sucre - salle de bain de bonne taille et douche assez grande - bon 2 étoiles - et dans le centre de ROUEN à 2 pas de la Cathédrale et à 10 pas de la Seine -nous sommes déjà venus et revenons quand nous venons sur ROUEN - et prix intéressant - pdej : très copieux : pain choco-croissant- tartines - pain de mie à toaster - oeuf - gâteau au chocolat et tarte aux abricots ( assez rare ) boisson chaude à volonté - jus de fruits : orange ou raisin ou pomme - céréales - et fruits frais : abricots - tranches d'orange - dans une petite salle bien lumineuse - avec vue sur la petite place du Gaillardbois -

Hotel collocato in zona centrale vicino alla cattedrale che permette di visitare la cittadina a piedi. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una camera tripla, piccola e arredata in modo molto semplice ed essenziale (senza insonorizzazione) che si raggiunge solo mediante scale un po’ strette (non presente l’ascensore). Il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale con doccia. La colazione non è compresa è a pagamento al costo di 10 euro. Non dotato di parcheggio (disponibile poco distante quello della cattedrale al costo di 18 euro il giorno). Consigliato per la posizione e se si soggiorna per poche notti senza troppe pretese.

Demande de chambre au 1er etage prise en compte. Acceuil sympathique. Chambre spacieuse qui donne sur une place de caractère et calme. Literie confortable. A côté du parking payant de la cathédrale. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

Séjour d'une nuit. Salle de bain très petite et à refaire (par ex, le WC met un temps fou à se remplir .... bruit long ... attente pour le suivant). Matelas un peu trop mou. Très mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre ...on entend les portes, les douches .... En revanche personnel souriant et serviable, et hôtel bien placé. A noter, les chambres sont à l'étage et je n'ai pas vu d'ascenseur .... je pense qu'il n'y a pas d'accès handicapé

très bon accueil tél - accueil pro le jour de l ' arrivée - pdej très complet - jamais vu autant de fruits dans un 2 étoiles - yaourt - fromage entier et non en part enveloppé - chambre très agréable - donnant vue cathédrale - il y a des chambres donnant sur la jolie place du Gaillardbois - hôtel très propre - chambre repeinte récemment en blanc - belle douche - bouilloire avec café et thé - rare dans un 2 étoiles - porte coupe feu donc c ' est normal qu ' on entende un peu surtout si certains clients ne pensent pas à la retenir - la 1ère nuit des clients irrespectueux sont rentrés à 4 heures et pris douche - comme d ' autres sont sortis à 5 heures et ont été particulièrement bruyants mais ce n ' est pas la faute des hôteliers - la 2ème nuit très calme - nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel dès que nous repassons par ROUEN -
