Staff lovely and despite not having hot water in our room we’d be more than happy to stay here again. Particular thank you to Yasmine and her colleague in the kitchen / dining area in the mornings. They were helpful, friendly and always smiling.

Hotel well located in the heart of Roubaix. Room ok. Restaurant ok (flammenkush). Very friendly service. Welcome ok. Clean room. Quiet. Breakfast ok. A perfect hotel for business stopovers. Proximity to Grand Place metro station

There are no towels to dry your hands. The heating does not work adequately. That is, it doesn't heat well. The beds are very bad, they look like armchairs with sheets. It's a shame for the all Acor chain. Thank you

Coming for work for 4 weeks, I appreciated the central location of the hotel with shops and transport nearby. The entire staff is perfect, you almost feel at home; attentive, considerate and available for local good deals. My room was on the street but I didn't suffer from the noise. The breakfast is very pleasant with choice, fresh and varied products. The hotel restaurant deserves a little more choice but it’s really a detail.

Once in the room we notice that the toilet does not flush. You will have to move. The next day the room is not made Same for my parents' room The room doors slam Feeling like you're sleeping in the hallway The breakfast service lacks attention. Employees' work attire a bit like at home
