I didn’t like it at all. It’s not a 5 star
I had a room towel, it’s disgusting!
The shower is not convenient at all.
The finishes, the cleanliness of the walls, nothing was right.
I’m disappointed!
Paid parking at €30 a day.
At the reception, the Receptionist was not at all welcoming. He just asked me for my name for the reservation and then he didn’t say a word.
No explanation was given. Only an arrogant look.
I hated my stay! I wouldn’t come back!

We arrived before the checkin time, reception let us check in a bit earlier and get us a room with a view. Staff were nice and helpful.
The shower may need to upgrade, the water pressure wasn’t enough. But overall i love the hotel , breakfast, location and environment.

Great location, just across the Rotterdam station. Room was okay, though not exactly a 5 star standard. More like a 4 star at best. Supermarkets are nearby but not much food options.

Located right next to the station, which was convenient. I stayed at the first floor; thus, I heard a bit of traffic noise from time to time. However, it was not bothersome.
