Very nice place to stay.. Convenient and friend staff. Breakfast simple but quality food being serve.

Booked the hotel for an event at Rotterdam Ahoy. The location is superb, walking distance to the event space. Overall, the place was clean and pleasant. Comfortable with spacious toilet. No extra amenities like fridge and free water. It is away from the main area so if you are attending an event at Rotterdam ahoy, it’s the perfect stay.

Very nice, breakfast is also very good!

My room wasn't made

The hotel is new, modern with nice furniture. However, this hotel lacks many items such as: - no slippers - no bathroom vanity kit, dental - no room phone - only tap water from the ground floor - dont change the sheets daily - no power outlet Breakfast does not have much variety, same options daily, you cant even order your own eggs. The only thing was good is the bread basket. Not recommended to stay unless you need to be near the conference area. Otherwise you need to be prepared and bring your items with you

This hotel is not too attractive from the outside, so we weren't expecting much, but the decor inside is pleasing, and we found that we were extremely impressed and happy to stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Something I loved about our room was that, unusually for a hotel, the room was completely dark at night, (unlike most other hotels that are filled with LED lights on the inside and street lights imposing from the outside.) There's a well equipped gym. Breakfast was incredible, with a vast array of different types of cold and hot food; teas; coffees and other hot drinks, dishes to please every culture. All the food was fresh and high quality. I would recommend this hotel to the most discerning of customers.

i liked that hotel was new.However, it was still under construction and it was very annoying to be listening to the drills. Also, the. door was shaking all the time as there was like a wind tunnel effect current within the aisle. It did not feel safe. The water glasses were not changed and the receptionist upon arrival was really rude as she didn't want to give me the key to my room until i pay some kind of tax, which I believe was included in the price. She didn't even give me the chance to speak to anyone in ******* to clarify the situation. I paid the amount but found the situation extremely embarrassing.

Perfectly fine hotel built in a car park next to Ahoy venue. The walls do move when doors close. The staff seemed over whelmed at breakfast when it was very busy, with a lackmof tables being cleared and food running out. On arrival, reception was unstaffed as she was outside having a cigarette. Room was ok and quiet. Food reasonably priced.

I stayed on the 8th floor of this newly built,lovely modern hotel. My room overlooked the lake and parkland, and I was greeted by a sunrise each morning. The room has a comfy double bed that has a plug socket either side. There is a decent sized flat screen tv on the wall at the end of the bed. Tea and coffee are also supplied along with a small kettle. There was a single chair by the window, along with a table and a quirky giant tortoise stool. The bathroom offers a spacious walk in shower and a simple but modern sink and toilet. I wasn’t able to heat the room to my desired comfort level but I was happy with the ambient temperature with the air conditioning turned off. If you pay for breakfast, it offers a good selection, comprising of cakes and pastries, various breads, cooked meats, cheese slices, humous, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and hard boiled eggs. Tea and coffee along with various fruit juices are on offer also. The reception has a small selection of food and drink for sale. These items include fancy crisps and biscuits and a fridge with both alcoholic beverages and refreshments. All the staff were friendly and made my stay a comfortable one. If you are attending the Ahoy arena for any event, this hotel is right on your doorstep!

To far away from the city center , rooms are to cold , central heating is to weak , price for this location is to high

Parking your car is 20 euro. I checked out very early and there is no light at all at the parking and knowing the area this is asking for problems
