It’s a great location! Close to almost everything. There’s an electric blanket and a heater which kept us so warm throughout the nights.

Very nice and confortable place well located in Rotorua. All perfect large room and bed with full equiped kitchen,bathroom with spa was so relaxing. Location is 2 min by car to Downtown. Also quiet place . Parking free and nice staff . I really recommand this motel for your stay in Rotorua.

Absolutely love this place, 3rd time staying, this time around for two nights. Had a good sleep. One of the most comfortable stays Ive had in Rotorua. My new go to. Lovely service also.

nice place to stay. I got a spa uint and it was very big, quiet and tidy studio. I will stay here next time!

Good value motel. Location about 20 mins walk out of town. Staff member helpful. Not really a kitchen as such in the room but crockery etc available. Was good to have the standalone heater as room was very cold when we got there.

A motel backpack hostel. Good for a short break

Located near the center of ROTORNA, it is easier to reach by car. The room is spacious and continental style. Vehicles can be parked in front of the room. Convenient for loading and unloading luggage. In terms of cost performance, it is an excellent choice.

The room is very unique, clean and comfortable, just like a homestay. The location is very good, close to the attractions. The boss is from Beijing, very enthusiastic, and helped us order Chinese food online

Although it is far from the city center, it was convenient because it was close to tourist facilities such as Te Pia. The bed had hot sheets so it was warm. The shower did not work and the bathtub did not have hot water.

A good motel I've stayed in... The proprietress is from old Beijing... Very welcoming... The family room we booked... Looks like a yurt... Can accommodate 7 people... Spacious and unique... Manually like it 👍🏻

Overall, poor. The decor was horrifically dated, with floral patterns everywhere. A fourth bed was supplied (although terribly uncomfortable), however a fourth bowl, plate, glass and spoon were not. Also, a single teaspoon between four seemed a little mean. The microwave caught fire pretty much as soon as we turned it on. It was replaced by the attendant, but should have been checked beforehand. Also, the sofa was filthy, with dust and discarded food between the cushions.

Incredibly small room and the reservation was not clear about the size. Also nothing was mentioned about the fact that this particular room had no heat or A/C of its own! We got a fan that only had a timer so we couldn’t even run it all night! Bed was not comfortable. Very disappointing stay.

Could have been 5/5 had the young fella checking me in had any idea about even a single attraction in the area. Liked the quirkiness of my room in the guest house. Spotlessly clean, plenty of equipment in the room, bathroom excellent, and top quality linen on the bed & in bathroom. For the price was exceptional value for money and close to most things or easy to get to them. Geysers/hot mud pools & traditional crafts school in walking distance. Town centre walkable too. I liked it. I'm fascinated what the 30+ drawers are for🤣👍 Quirky but good

When we booked the cheapest motel we could find for the short stay of two nights, we were not prepared for such an interesting experience. The rooms were scrupulously clean. Top marks for that. Towels changed every day. But oh what a strange place. There are two parts to the motel. We were put in what had once been a very expensive 1950's house converted into motel rooms. Up a very steep staircase, into the room, which has been decorated in what can only be described as someone's idea of art deco come 1950's. We had such fun figuring out what parts of the house had been altered to accommodate our space. The bathroom is very adequate and rather quaint. The toilet stall is housed in what would have been the homes original shower, with all the original pipework covered up by pictures. Access to the bathroom from the bedroom - step onto a mat - check under the mat and start laughing, because the pipework for the original toilet is still there. But hey, it was clean, the rooms large and after all, it's only to sleep in.
