My second time staying at the Regal Palms. A great place to stay and very convenient to shopping, sightseeing and dining. Very spacious rooms makes you feel like home.

Just a one night stay but the room was spacious and clean. Loved the ping pong and mini golf. Very friendly staff. The cookies and milk at checkin were a nice touch.

Our room was huge, and the spa tub in the bathroom was a great inclusion. Only a brief stay but I would visit again.

Stayed at the Regal Palms for a long weekend, it was absolutely lovely, everything that we were looking for. Lovely helpful staff, the room was very clean and tidy, loved the spa. We used the bikes (free hire) to go into town and it was a very enjoyable ride. Highly recommend.

Great location in Rotorua. Easy loading and unloading into our room. Plenty of parking. Very spacious and clean.

We had a really nice stay. Room was clean and got a little milk and cookies when we arrived which I always like. There were a lot of activities to do at the motel. The wifi wasn’t the best though, but that was the only down side we found.

The private patio , spa, and mini golf course were great although a one night’s stay prevented me from enjoying the latter two items. Maybe next trip….

Probably misled by the word Resort. It is more like a motel. Room is spacious but a little boring. Staff is very friendly.
