We checked in at night and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Fong at the reception—he was very helpful and approachable. Since there were three of us, we booked a double-storey, four-bedded unit. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only downside was the parking area, which was quite small and required some skill to navigate. Mr. Fong kindly offered to assist with parking, but we managed to handle it ourselves. One suggestion: it would be helpful to have more cutlery available in the unit for added convenience.

No washing facilities or arrangements so need to go to public laundry. Parking is very tight. Overall staff are helpful and location is good.

晚上來Check in時不是在正門口辦公室，需要打電話請人帶我們進去，位置是正隔壁小巷道開車下去就是房間了，浴室內有烘毛巾架很方便，只是浴室插頭沒有電，房間有二層，還算乾淨，如果女生來住可能會有點怕怕的，其餘都很好

That hotel was our best option for our trip in Rotorua. Room was clean and warm enough to stay. Reception guy was very kind too.

Good stay. Spacious apartment with spa bath and standing shower. Good bedding, unit comes with heater and air conditioning. However cleanest could be improved.

整體都非常滿意，房屋非常暖，冬天的晚上甚至熱得睡不着。餐具和洗浴設施都齊全，適合輕煮食，非常不錯。唯獨就是停車有點費勁，有個大斜坡，但也不是什麼大問題。在主路上，去哪裡都方便。入住退房都很簡單，owner 是華人，而且友好交流。
