the staff were very helpful and considerate.. our room was comfortable and warm.. The spa bath was a luxury for my daughter and ,i would likely book there again if we find ourselves in Rotorua.

It has a nice room and very cool jet tub. The only downside is there was no AC in our room

Warm welcome on an extremely wet day. Very spacious room, with comfortable bed and all the basics. We felt a bit cold and when one of the staff came just to check all was well, we asked about the room heater. It turned out that we were not operating it correctly and - quick as a flash - the heater was fully operational. The motel is not in the very centre of Rotorua which may explain the lower price. All in all, we had a most comfortable stay and were well looked after by the staff.

Loved the room layout. Having a seperate bedroom would be great for families - for us it was our walkin wardrobe😋 the main room with kitchenette was spacious and the cherry on the top was the yummy large spa bath.
