We stayed here for 2 night and we loved the location and comfortablity of this place. And staff are friendly as well. Love to recommend to other people.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family including an infant. Room was pretty spacious. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there seems to be bed bugs or dust mites on the floor carpet as I got plenty of bites around my ankle. Went ahead to inform the front desk but I was told that there were absolutely no bed bugs in the hotel. Overall room is ok except for the cleanliness.

Location is great, next to the tourist centre and the hot spring area in rotorua.

I had a great stay but my room has a spider web better to clean very well next time.

In general, it was good.

I make a booking via Trip.com and paid for that , but the hotel charge again on my credit card .The service not good due to refund payment ( double charge) and delay on refund payment

A lovely new modern hotel in the heart of the Rotorua CBD. Staff are super friendly, rooms are nice with great views! The only downside would be the lack of free parking and valet is rather overpriced at $45 per day.

The room the hotel gave us was seriously inconsistent with the picture we booked on Ctrip. The original picture showed a city view room with a row of windows that could see the view (Figure 6). The hotel does not provide converters for international tourists. It claims that in order to protect the environment, it does not even provide glass bottles of drinking water in the room. The toiletries come in large bottles. I found that they couldn't be used while taking a shower. I was speechless. Because he was dissatisfied with the view, a front desk employee agreed to come back for dinner to look at other rooms. When he came back, he was told that the room was no longer available. It felt a bit joking. I really didn't even bother to lodge a complaint. Although the front desk employees were very friendly, I felt that the room was no longer available. I didn't receive professional training at all. I came here to have fun anyway. I just moved out after staying for two nights. Don't make yourself angry. It is recommended to choose another one!
