Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good stay apart from some of the facilities available in the room. Clean rooms however bathroom needs a upgrade. Being a 4 star hotel and still using stained bath tubs with curtain for showers. Also arrived hotel at 4pm (2pm check in time) and was told to wait as rooms were still not ready until 5:30.

The hotel was located right next to the Polynesian Spa and a long walking/biking path around the geothermal area. It's also near restaurants and a grocery store for lots of food options. The room was clean and comfortable, but due to our location on the first floor near the parking lot and major walkway, we heard everyone coming and going. If you're a light sleeper, request an upper floor room, and hopefully you won't hear people in the hallway/parking lot/walkway like we did. Also, I have to be honest, the sulphur smell was so strong at times I was gagging and it woke me up from a dead sleep. Knowing it will smell and experiencing it are two different things! Mostly for this reason, I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing location right near the lake. carpark might be a little inconvenient if your car is too huge as they were having renovations during our time that. other than that nothing to not hate about.

To be honest nothing bad about this hotel as others mentioned. The staff manager at the front desk is super nice and helped with all sorts of request. Room is in good but not luxury condition which is kind of expected. Pool is closed.

Near to the Lake Rotorua, the scenery is beautiful, but the smell of Sulphur is too strong. Besides, our rooms are arranged upstairs without lift, a bit inconvenient.

Overall Average condition, toilet needs some attention and clean properly, shower head need a replacement it playing up !!
