Reasonable price for the room. The room is nice and big for 4 persons. It is ok for us to stay on the first floor without lift as we don't have so many luggages.

Unexpectedly. When I booked the room, I was a little worried about the hygiene condition because of the black carpet in the reviews and photos, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. The hotel is not far from the food street in the city center, the environment is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new (opened in 2021). The key is that the Chinese sister at the front desk is hardworking, kind and enthusiastic. She helped us answer many questions, especially gave us good suggestions on the choice of hot spring baths, which gave us an excellent experience and left us with a good impression of Rotorua.
