This was an absolute beautiful hotel. The room was fantastic as were the amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

Check in and had to wait for a call back since no rooms clean and available. Did reservation and check in was 3pm, didnt get a call back til 40 mins later. Not satisfied

The hotel was easy to find and in appears to be in a safe location. There are restaurants and fast food joints that make choosing what to eat easy to find.

hotel was very nice, when we travel we look forward to a relaxing time in the pool and hot tub, well the pool and hot tub were out of order. at check in we were not told of the pool out of order only when we arrived at the pool in our swimsuits did we find out, mention it at the desk and were told sorry, did not offer any compensation so we cancel our 2nd night.
the wedding party that also that was staying there were not happy about this either.

I wouldn't book this hotel again! The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub no mention of them being out of service. My second complaint would be they say breakfast included but there is no breakfast when I asked in the morning the front desk clerk was kinda rude like how dare I ask about breakfast. My suggestion would be to stay somewhere else
