We booked our stay with there own website. We did receive a confirmation of the booking and that it has been accepted. When we wanted to check in,give our name and said we have a reservation the receptionist gave us a no, she was shaking hear head like we would be crazy. We showed our booking and confirmation and she just started to talk German and kept saying : ich habe keine zimmer, ich habe keine zimmer. She admitted we have a booking but ze doesn’t have a room nevertheless. We didn’t get any apologies or offered any solution, she barely even looked us in the eyes. She just directed us away and send us back outside with our one year old toddler. If it couldn’t get any worse, we got completely soaked outside because it started to rain heavily. One of the worst hospitality experiences/ bookings ever!
