We only stayed one night a couple weeks before Christmas, but it was great. Definitely on our list to stay again. Our family room was nice and spacious with a great view of the town. The breakfast was delicious. The service was great and the kids loved the robot kitty out and about delivering fruits. The pool was nice, but a little cold for us, but still fun. The kids loved the Koala Kids play area too. It looks like in the summer there are lots of other fun things to do in the area too. It was a little far for us to walk to the town, but parking wasn't too hard to find and we got to visit the Christmas Market, eat some food, and walk around the very cool buildings a little bit.

In allen Häusern gleich gute Qualität. Rodenberg liegt nahe zu unserem Ziel und zentral zu vielen Freizeit-, Ausflugs- und Einkaaufmöglichkeiten. Wie in allen Hotels: die Betten und Kissen sind nicht wie zu Hause.

Waren bereits mehrfach vor Ort. Das Abend Buffet könnte noch etwas mehr Auswahl beinhalten. Nicht sehr viele kindgerechte Speisen vorhanden. Eis und Nachtisch aber schon.😁

Zimmer unsauber, Waschbecken verstopft und Handtuch mit Löschern - der Weg vom Gästehaus zum Restaurant ist für ältere Gäste nicht zu empfehlen. Barrierefreiheit ein Fremdwort im Hotel.

Ein super schönes familienfreundliches Hotel. Wünsche werden versucht zu erfüllen, bzw. möglich gemacht. Das gesamte Personal ist super nett sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit, egal aus welchem Bereich. Die Buffet's sind für jedermann. Der Wellnesbereich ist selten so zu finden.Schade, dass es in dieser Zeit noch Gäste gibt, die nörgeln, meckern und sogar verbal ausfällig werden. Unverständlich. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Von der ersten bis letzten Sekunde habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen, tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet sowie sehr reichhaltiges Abendmenü an allen Tagen!
