I found a live cockroach in my bed in the middle of night, the room is filthy and lights and bathroom door, and cabinetry are broken….. need to be addressed for such a not friendly rate!

From the customer care friendly service, to the room service which left the room spotlessly clean, to the front office fine and polite ladies who should be awarded for their kindness. In short, you made our stay satisfactory. Thank you

Its such a nice and great thing to have such nice and excellent customer care service people. The staff was nice, the front office desk nice, the rooms and the attendants were nice and kept clean. The environment was nice and for sure i liked everything about this hotel.

Right from check in, the front office friendly staff  treated  us into an amazing customer care service. Our time in this place was quite gracious & the rooms were kept clean and neat. Thank you so much for your  excellent and good service.
